Second Chance by Johan Luiken, Informatica Software Engineering
When you have been in prison, you would like to talk about your experience. But there is always the chance that you will be judged by other people, or worse, that there won’t be anyone to listen to your story. You go back to your old habits. The old friends start to reappear. The promise “I will never do something again” will fade away. Before you know it, you made, again, a mistake. And that’s could be a circle where you sitting in.There is a need for making the re-entering in the society better for former prisoners.
But there are also other people: You have nothing to do with the police. All you want to do is good to the earth the people and every little creature. You go every day to your job, you enjoy your job, and every weekend you have fun and all of that is legal. I mean, if you did something illegal you would go to jail, and jail is a place for mob’s and rabble’s.
The social innovation is forming a sports team with people who served jail and people who had absolutely nothing to do with the police. The team could do any kind of sport from chess to football.
