The Strength of the Older Employee

I wrote a paper about the strength of the older employee. The title of the product is: The Strength of the Older Employee - About Misconceptions, Strengths and Change. Using a questionnaire held under the different generations, the misconceptions and ideas about older employees were gathered, it was clear Generation Y needed to see the strengths of the older employees. The strengths were mentioned, as well as means of getting these across to Generation Y. This way older employees may be seen in a different light, so people see their value instead of their weakness.
