'Help is Near', by Lonneke Jacobs, Bedrijfskunde MER
‘Help is near’ is a platform for elderly/disabled who need help doing everyday things and people who would love to do something for society. It connects those people and meets their social needs. Using a website and an app people can drop and accept tasks on it easily, for those who aren’t that good in using the internet, there is also a service desk which can be called. They can publish your task and give the helper who accepted the task the directions. Most importantly, the service is free, the helpers can’t be paid by money or good, only by sharing knowledge. In this way it is accessible to everyone.

Co-Creation in Banking by Nick Wemekamp, FSM
This report addresses the main problem that exists in the current banking system which is that there is a lot of criticism towards banking. To prevent and discourage this criticism it is important to work together with the customers. Instead of giving them only the opportunity to give feedback customers can also have something to say in the creation of financial services. This happens with co-creation where the suppliers and the demanders come together to make a service which is beneficial for both parties.  The ins and outs of co-creation and also how banks should be applying co-creation will be discussed here.
